How far in advance should we book our DJ? It is highly recommend that you book your DJ as soon as you have set your date and have booked your hall. You want to get the DJ of your choice and not feel pressured to just book whoever is still available.
Do You Have a Contract? Of course we do! We make a mutual contract up that covers everything for both parties. When it comes to booking your DJ, never take a chance on a verbal agreement, get it in writing!
What is your Cancellation Policy? We have a standard cancellation policy. Your initial payment is non-refundable. We spend a lot of time working with our clients behind the scene prior to any event. If you were to cancel within 120 days of your event, full payment is still required. Unfortunately we have been turning potential clients away and will not be able to book an event in that little of time.
How do you dress for your events? We dress to the same caliber as your guests. If we are at your wedding, we would try to blend with your guests yet be wearing something that we can easily work in. If it is a less formal event, we dress smart casual. We never want to out dress anyone or look underdressed. Oh and we don’t have company issue spinning light-up bow ties!
If our party is really going great can you play an extra hour? There is no better compliment for a DJ then to be asked to play an extra hour. As long as it’s okay with the venue and local by-laws, we would love too! (ask about our hourly rates)
Do you need any breaks? Not for us! We are fully digital DJ’s and non-smokers. We are there from start to finish seeing that everything is running smoothly!
Do you drink alcoholic beverages while working? Absolutely not, we are fun people who do not need booze to host an awesome party. But that is why you are booking with us, we are a professional company who do abide by a no-drink policy.
